The leet is one of the most beloved animals on Rubi-Ka. Nary a day goes by that I do not see a settler running around with a matched pair of Leet plush dolls, nor someone being asked to be polymorphed into a leet. Leets are small rodent-like creatures, a seeming cross between a raccoon and a mole, leets are lacking in one major feature: arms. These sweet little animals are almost never aggressive (see note below), and are typically only fought by the newest settlers as they get their feet wet on Rubi-Ka. Leets are used by Omni-Tek only in the last stages of terraforming, to give the planet in question a true food web and an appearance of "being alive."

Also, these creatures are sometimes known to get into a festive, holiday spirit. For each of the ancient "Christmas" celebrations of the past 100 years, strange little leets named Santa Leets have been bringing odd little trinkets to the settlers of Rubi-Ka.

It should also be noted that there are several named leets who are indeed aggressive, regardless of the level of the human they encounter. These leets are generally stronger, faster, and more durable than the average leet, and will frequently drop precious, rare items as a reward for defeating them.
