Stalkers are tall, stilt-legged beetles. These animals seem to serve a similar ecological role as the giraffes of ancient Earth. It's diet is mainly plant matter, though it is known to consume small animals when necessary. These creatures live throughout Rubi-Ka, from forestlands to grasslands to deserts. Stalkers will never attack unless provoked, unless you encounter to more predatory creatures of the wild Artery Valley. These Striker Stalkers are much taller than typical Stalkers, and due to intense competition from more dangerous animals, have adapted their diet to include more animal proteins, and as such are extremely aggressive.

Stalkers are typically used in horticultural situations, especially for crop harvesting and forest control. The role of the Stalkers is very important in early terraforming situations, as they prevent trees from overgrowing beyond optimal oxygen production.
