The second largest of the terraforming predators on
Rubi-Ka, the wolves are two-headed beasts more akin to
the mythic Cerberus than the wolves of ancient Earth.
Very agile, with excellent vision, and the ferocity of
two tooth-filled mouths, wolves can be a truly
terrifying vision for the unwary settler. While not as
dangerous as the larger sabretooths, they are
significantly more common, and thus an nearly equal
threat.
As with all predators, wolves were introduced in the
later stages of terraforming in response to the need for
population control in the herbivorous classes.
